Why a Retreat for Mums?
I was feeling burnt out...
Hello! I'm Chloe, nutritionist, yoga teacher and mumma living and playing in the beautiful Northern Rivers.
The Mumma Reset Retreat was created for you from my own battles and need to reset and find myself again.
I was struggling, mentally and physically exhausted and just feeling so depleted and over it. I hadn't been looking after myself as much as what I knew I should have been and it was taking its toll.
After a long week solo parenting and just getting by with sick kids, I cracked and I knew something had to change and that I needed a break and some time to myself.
So I took it, I booked 2 nights away at the earliest opportunity, I rested, I did yoga, I wrote in my journal, I cried, I laughed, I ate delicious food and slept, like actually slept! Heaven!
I thought if I needed a weekend like this so much then surely other mothers and women do too. And so, the Mumma Reset Retreat was born.
A weekend designed just for you with nourishment, rest, nurturing and community at its heart.

Any Questions?
How much is it for the weekend?
- Prices depend on the chosen accommodation. However they average around $865 for a private room with a double bed and shared facilities or $895 for a private cabin with ensuite and lush views of the valley and surrounding gardens from your verandah.
What is included in the price?
- Almost everything you need for the weekend; your beautiful room for the 2 nights, delicious vegetarian meals and snacks, organic herbal teas, ceremonial cacao, daily yoga classes, mats and equipment, meditation sessions, mindfulness creative activities, essential oils workshop, towels and linen (for Bhakti guesthouse, Lotus pod rooms and private cabins).
What time does it start and end?
- You can check in from 2pm on Friday the 19th of July. You then have time to relax and settle in before the Opening welcome ceremony begins at 3:30pm.
- The retreat activities will conclude on Sunday the 21st around 12pm after our closing ceremony. You are welcome to stay for lunch at the village at 12:30pm and before returning home.
Can I bring a friend or my sister?
- Yes! Definitely! I would love for you to invite your bestie, sister, sister in law or mum along. There is the option to share a room and benefit from the discount of sharing or book a room each.
What do I need to bring?
- Yourself most importantly! Comfortable and warm clothes, it will be chilly at night and something comfortable to wear for yoga and relaxing in during the day. A journal to write and reflect in. Coffee if you can't get through the weekend without it. You're welcome to bring and use your own yoga mat if you prefer too, however we have our own to use at Krishna Village.
I'm not really into yoga, but I'm curious and want to come anyway?
- Amazing, I'm so glad you want to come and it's not an issue at all. You don't have to be a yogi or have a regular practice or have even done a yoga class before to come to the retreat.
What if I don't feel like doing anything when I get there or if I just want to sleep?
- This weekend is just for you and you are welcome to do as many or as few of the activities as you like. If you need to rest and sleep then please listen to your body and take the time to rest and recharge in the beautiful serenity of the village and mountains.
I'm not ready to leave my baby overnight yet, can I come for the day?
- YES! I have created a day pass just for this reason. For all the Mummas with little bubbas and for those who aren't able to have a whole weekend but still want to soak up the benefits of a day nourishing and nurturing themselves, I have a day pass ticket for Saturday the 20th July available.
Do you have payment plans?
- Yes, I have created the option for you pay for the full weekend retreat or the day pass via payment plan. The weekend retreat payment plan is only available for rooms in the Bhakti Guest house at this stage. If you would like another accommodation option please let me know.

Still Curious?
What are you hesitating about? Unsure if you will enjoy it because you're not a yoga person? Never been to health retreat before? Or questioning if you're worth the money, time and space? Want to chat about it? Please send me a message via the link above.
So often our partners will book in weekends away or expensive activities. Or we will organise big things for our kids to do, but we are often at the bottom of the list and don't prioritise the things that we want to do. You are worthy of doing nice things for yourself and you are more than deserving of time out to recharge and look after your mental and physical health.
It doesn't matter if you're not a yogi or even if you've never done yoga before.
It doesn't matter if you've never been to a retreat before and you certainly don't have to be spiritual to attend and receive the benefits of this weekend.
Actually, how great if you haven't done yoga or been to a retreat and are being brave by choosing to do something new, something just for you.
This weekend is about you, its about mums who are choosing to look after themselves, to make themselves a priority and to be on the list, its about caring for yourself as much as you care for other people.
It's about having a break and going slow, so there are no obligations to do any of the activities. If what you need is to sleep and stare at the mountains then this is your time to do so.
Gift yourself this weekend to look after yourself and give yourself some much needed time away.
